Suggested Use : Assess your tolerance with 1/2 Scoop (half serving, approx. 8.5g) mixed with 200ml cold water for 5-7 days. After assessing your tolerance thoroughly, if needed, mix 1 heaped scoop (approx. 17g) in 300ml cold water. First time users, start with HALF SCOOP for 7-10 days and get used to the product first. Continue using the serving size which is best suitable until and unless it stops the same effect and then you can increase the dosage (not more than 1 full serving 17g).
