Most companies don’t use the full EAA spectrum as it is expensive compared to only BCAAs. Our product contains a total of 9 Essential Amino Acids including BCAAs in optimal dosage! Even FSSAI has now established a RDA for daily Essential Amino Acids per mg/kg of bodyweight.

BCAAs – 5080 mg

The essential amino acids Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine together form Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs). BCAAs are the primary amino acids oxidized in the muscles during exercise and training. They are essential because they cannot be produced in the body and must be provided through supplementation or diet. Athletes supplement with BCAAs to increase muscle mass, reduce muscle catabolism and energize while training. Intra-EAA contains BCAAs in the research proven ratio of 2:1:1 (Leucine: Isoleucine: Valine).

L-Leucine – 2540 mg
Leucine is one of the essential BCAAs. It helps in stimulating muscle protein synthesis, which is the process responsible for muscle growth and recovery. Leucine supplements help decrease muscle soreness, reduce recovery time between workouts and increase lean muscle mass.

L-Isoleucine – 1270 mg
Isoleucine is another BCAA that helps in stimulating muscle protein synthesis, but to a lesser extent if not combined with the other BCAAs. Isoleucine appears to promote glucose consumption and high energy production. It helps prevent muscle protein breakdown during physical exercise, prevents muscle loss and improves endurance and performance.

L-Valine – 1270 mg
Valine is the third BCAA, which promotes muscular endurance and decreases fatigue during exercise.

6 other EAAs

BCAAs alone don’t show any significant results in muscle protein synthesis. There are 6 other EAAs needed by the body that must be provided through supplementation or diet. These EAAs are Lysine, Threonine, Histidine, Methionine, Phenylalanine and Tryptophan. Research shows that these EAAs contribute to protein synthesis and are important for recovery after intense exercise.

L-Lysine – 1950 mg
L-Lysine plays an essential role in the production of Carnitine, which is responsible for converting fatty acids into energy and helping lower cholesterol. L-Lysine contributes to muscle protein synthesis and may increase the effectiveness of L-Arginine in promoting growth hormone release, both of which contribute to muscle growth.

L-Threonine – 980 mg
L-Threonine is an EAA that promotes normal growth by helping to maintain proper protein balance in the body. It also supports cardiovascular, central, nervous and immune system function. L-Threonine may also reduce unwanted muscle contractions and help speed up recovery from injury. It has also been shown to facilitate proper response to high-stress scenarios created by intense exercise.

L-Histidine – 650 mg

L-Histidine HCL is commonly used in helping with inflammation. It is also used to support the digestive system and provide antioxidant properties. It may also help in supporting healthy joint function.

DL-Phenylalanine – 1630 mg

Phenylalanine is an EAA and precursor to Tyrosine. Like Tyrosine, it increases production of Epinephrine, Norepinephrine, Dopamine and Thyroid hormones. These neurotransmitters are critical in muscle activation and movement, and can also increase fat loss, boost alertness and uplift mood.

DL-Methionine – 650 mg
DL-Methionine is essential for the production of carnitine, which assists in the process of converting fat to energy. It is also an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory and may enhance mood.

L-Tryptophan – 260 mg
L-Tryptophan is an essential amino acid that the body requires to synthesize proteins and specialized molecules, such as the neurotransmitter serotonin. Serotonin appears to play significant roles in moods, inflammation and other body functions.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

• Suggested Use : For intense workout, mix 14.25g (approx. 1 heaped scoop) of INTRA-EAA with 800-1000ml cold water in shaker or bottle and consume before workout or sip throughout each training session.
• For moderate workout mix 7.12g (approx half scoop) in 500ml cold water and consume before workout or sip throughout each training session.
