How to Use

New Users — First 7 Days
Begin with half scoop (~6.5g) in 200ml cold water. Pour liquid first, then add powder to reduce lumps. Assess your tolerance for 5–7 days before increasing.

Graduate to Full Serving
After tolerance is established, take 1 full scoop (~13g) in 250ml cold water. Never exceed 13g in any 24-hour period. Adjust water to your taste preference.
