SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Please read entire label carefully before use
Suggested Use : Assess your tolerance with 1 Scoop (half serving, approx. 11g) mixed with 200ml cold water for 5-7 days. Then 1.5 scoops mixed with 250ml cold water for another 5-7 days. After assessing your tolerance thoroughly for 10-14 days, if needed, mix 2 scoops (approx. 22g) in 300ml cold water. First time users, start with HALF SCOOP.
- Use pre-gayor black before workout only. Use in conjunction with proper diet and exercise regimen.
- Pour liquid first and then add the powder to reduce formation of lumps.
- Once prepared, consume immediately.
- Vary amount of water according to your taste preference.
- Do not consume pre-gayor black 4 hours before sleep.
- Do not consume pre-gayor black more than 1 serving in 24 hours.
- Drink 3-4 litres of water while consuming this pre-workout.
