The Pre workout is a beast only one scoop is more than enough for a beginner and a intermediate athlete and it also hav a very good taste overall. BUT I HAVE A FAVOUR TO THE GAYOR ESSENTIALS THAT CAN YOU SEND ME SOME MORE OF THE PRODUCTS TO REVIEW ??????? IF POSSIBLE

Perfect non stimulant caffeine dosage. Dosent keep u awake at night even if taken at 7pm.. Good minty feel.
