Suggested Usage
Please read the entire label carefully before use :
Suggested Use : Assess your tolerance with 1 Scoop (approx. 13g) mixed with 200ml cold water for 5-7 days. Then 1.5 scoops mixed with 250ml cold water for another 5-7 days. After assessing your tolerance thoroughly for 10-14 days, if needed, mix 2 scoops (approx. 26g) in 300ml cold water. First time users, start with HALF SCOOP.
Continue using the serving size which is best suitable until and unless it stops giving same effect and then you can increase the dosage (not more than 26g)
- Use pre-gayor black 2.0 before workout only. Use in conjunction with proper diet and exercise regimen.
- Pour liquid first and then add the powder to reduce formation of lumps.
- Once prepared, consume immediately.
- Vary amount of water according to your taste preference.
- Do not consume pre gayor 2.0 black 4 hours before sleep.
- Do not consume pre gayor black 2.0 more than 26g in 24 hours.
- Drink 3-4 liters of water while consuming this pre workout.

i am on my 4th bottle of preworkout , probably, smooth caffeine high and slow engrgy dip rather than energy crash. i only wish they add glycerol in this for good pump

The pump is too great
The pre was satisfactory.the dose is well optimized, in my opinion. If one reads the instructions on the packaging and then decides the number of scoops according to tolerance, the pre will give them justice. But for me, the real standout was the protein bar which was given as a compliment. IMO, you guys should market them more because I don't think half of your audience knows that you even sell them. The bar was amazing, great taste, texture and consistency.if the nutritional label is correct and the ingredients are all natural, this is indeed the BEST protein bar you can get in India and, trust me, I have had a lot of different brands of bars.
It was my first time using a pre workout..and although underrated ,yours was the only one which was optimally dosed and not just loaded with caffeine although I would love to try out your pre workout tha has no caffeine.
All the elements are properly balanced and gives great energy and Pump for Lifting no jitterness no crash slow and nice pump. I've tried Mango Peach Flavour and Orange Candy Flavour. I really like Mango Peach Flavour more amongst others. Will try other flavours too.
Pricing still feels slightly higher side may be charging premium due to good ingredients but still I suggest to look into reducing the price at the best.
Overall it is great product proudly made in India will always support that.
