Suggested Usage

Please read the entire label carefully before use :
Suggested Use : Assess your tolerance with 1 Scoop (approx. 17g) mixed with 200ml cold water for 5-7 days. Then 1.5 scoops mixed with 250ml cold water for another 5-7 days. After assessing your tolerance thoroughly for 10-14 days, if needed, mix 2 scoops (approx. 34g) in 300ml cold water. First time users, start with HALF SCOOP.
Continue using the serving size which is best suitable until and unless it stops giving same effect and then you can increase the dosage (not more than 34g)

Use pre gayor black 3.0 before workout only. Use in conjunction with proper diet and exercise regimen.
Pour liquid first and then add the powder to reduce formation of lumps.
Once prepared, consume immediately.
Vary amount of water according to your taste preference.
Do not consume pre gayor 3.0 black 4 hours before sleep.
Do not consume pre gayor black 3.0 more than 34g in 24 hours.
Drink 3-4 liters of water while consuming this pre workout.

This product contains high amount of hygroscopic ingredients (tending to absorb moisture from the air). Please be informed that heat, humidity or moisture may cause some clumping to this product after opening or even when it is seal packed. It does not contain any preservatives. Clumps can be easily broken. Once mixed in water, shake vigorously and it will completely dissolve.

To prevent clumping and maintain freshness, keep the product tightly closed and store in a cool, dry place. Keep in refrigerator under 8°C -15°C temperature after every use. Do not freeze. Consume within 2 months after opening. If you are unable to use this product, keep in refrigerator even when it is seal packed.

Most importantly, please note that this does not in anyway. Affect the quality or performance of the product.
Beta alanine may cause itching sensation. It is a "harmless" side effect of beta alanine.

Watermelon Flavour 3.0

I am regular use since 2.0 version of the Gayor Black pre workout. I can say the effect of the 3.0 is stronger in terms of energy and long-lasting effect. Flavour is okay, I take in in the morning empty stomach and it works very well.

Poor delivery

I placed an order for Gayor's pre-workout on the 2nd of the month, and I am very disappointed that it still has not arrived. The estimated delivery date is now the 22nd, which is an unacceptable delay for a product I need immediately. I am highly dissatisfied with this extended shipping period.

I was continuously following up with you and courier partner for the updates but unfortunately they didnt sent me an update even after multiple follow up and marked the shipment RTO without any attempt. As per our conversation on call, i have sent you the new shipment via another courier i.e DTDC. It will reach you soon on time. I will take care this doesn't happen again with any of our customer. We have added a goodie in you shipment as a token of apology.

World class formulation in Indian market.

Most optimally dosed pre workout in the indian market hands down . Focus and energy are consistent throughout the workout without highs and lows, pumps are bang on !!!. Only things that bothered me were a bit of bloating and 2 scoops (35grams) serving size but , the pros outweigh the cons which makes it sound nitpicky. World class formulation hands down.

Thank You Shantanu. To prevent bloating, my suggestion would be to sip it slowly for a good time say 15-20 mins :)

Great product with 0 fuss

I’ve been using it for years and it suits me more than any other product on the market.

Taste is only good but not pump, energy, endurance and focus

I’ve been using Gayor Essentials 3.0 for a while now — the taste is really good and mixes quite well. However, when it comes to pump, it doesn’t quite hit the mark. The energy boost lasts only about 15–20 minutes, which is shorter compared to other strong pre-workouts.

I also noticed that the Beta-Alanine content is quite low, which might be one reason the endurance and tingling effect are mild. If the brand could increase the Beta-Alanine dosage and add some extra performance ingredients like those found in Ryse Godzilla (e.g., Citrulline Malate, Betaine Anhydrous, and Alpha GPC), it could easily become one of the strongest pre-workouts in the market.

Overall, good taste but needs a stronger formula for those looking for an intense pump and long-lasting energy.

Dear Sushank, we have put maxium limit of Beta Alanine and L-Citrulline in our pre workouts (3.0 and 2.0) i.e 6g and 10g respectively in full serving of 2 scoops. My apologies if its still not working for you. Betaine Anhydrous is also there with max 650mg dosage as per fssai. We have tried our best to formulate a pre with good dosages, concidering all complainces.
