Suggested Use : Assess your tolerance with ½ Scoop (half serving, approx. 7g) mixed with 200ml cold water for 5-7 days. After assessing your tolerance if needed, mix 1 scoop (approx. 14g) in 300ml cold water.

I opted for the Nirvana version due to its lower caffeine content since I didn't want a high stim pre-workout. It costs 69.2 rs per serving with a full clinical dose. They say 28 gm serving on website but it says 26+ serving on the box. The scoop size is accurate. The taste is excellent and exotic.
1. It gives high energy and focus and no energy crash after workouts. I have ample energy even after workouts.
2. You won't get full clinical l-citrulline dosage with 1/2 scoop.
3. Beta alanine will give you very mild tingles with 1/2 scoop. 1 scoop will give a lot of tingles that even ass will be itching uncontrollably. So I stick with 1/2 scoop and add around 6 gms of pure l citrulline to get the maximum effective dosage.
4. On half scoop it gave me good focus and concentration but when i tried full scoop i felt my brain fried maybe due to high caffeine content.
Overall a good pre workout.
